What is the function of a well oiled machine? The answer is: to deliver. And for optimum efficiency, the machine needs to be well oiled and to have its structure modified to compete with the times. The NSS is a well oiled machine with an added bonus of not being so cold and one dimensional. We look for new members to modify our structure every year and we polish their skills so that everything goes swimmingly. And most importantly we deliver. The NSS was founded to promote the interest of students in science and to provide a platform for them to reach out and hone their talents, whether they pertain to academia or not. It has henceforth proved to be a bridge for many young scientists and engineers to international contests and internships, in some cases even guaranteeing a job after university. To this powerhouse of a machine every screw and bolt is essential.
